Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know your company does good business?
Check our
BBB record and our
NACSO record. Also, read
testimonials from our clients and referral partners.
Do you charge any up-front fees?
No. The initial consultation, Credit Report and Analysis are all free. Only the Enhancement service costs money. If you enroll in the enhancement service, you will not be charged until the agreed services have been completed per the contract you sign agreeing to hire our Company.
Is credit consulting possible?
Contrary to what the credit bureaus would like you to believe, credit consulting does work and can work for everyone in most circumstances. This is, of course, provided you are getting the best advice and have an experienced professional working on your case. Anyone with a credit score below 720 can benefit long-term from the advice and information provided through credit consulting; however, there are times when your own limitations make adhering to this advice impossible. The two limiting factors are: (1) your financial situation and/or (2) the time-frame in which you need to reach your results. All items should be 100% accurate and not obsolete, which is where many people’s reports fall short.
What can you do that I cannot?
We act as your representative due to our working knowledge of credit scoring and experience working with creditors and credit bureaus. It may often be difficult for an individual to communicate with creditors and bureaus without an adept understanding of their techniques and regulations in place for credit reporting. We specialize in working only with credit issues and as with any specialty, the more skill one has, the better the results. We stand behind our ability to help you in the credit arena.
What is your warranty?
Our
money-back warranty is easy to understand and is the best in the business.
If you contract us for the service of removing inaccurate and/or obsolete information, we will refund all monies paid if we do not remove more than 25% of all the inaccuracies we work on, from all three major credit bureaus, within six months from the time our services are retained.
How long will it take to raise my score?
There are many factors that go into a credit score. We have seen many clients get more than a 64 point increase while we have also had clients who have seen less. There is no exact way of knowing how much a score will increase until we perform the service and re-pull the credit report. We rely on the client not doing anything that will decrease their score while we are working on the file, but any time that doesn’t happen, mixed results are likely. We will do everything in our power to increase your credit score as much as possible, including giving you the best advice as it pertains to your unique credit profile.
Will the removed items come back?
Items usually don't come back as long as the item is current or paid at the time of removal. This holds true except in very rare circumstances.
What items can you remove?
Through our services, we can normally remove the following inaccurate, unverifiable and obsolete items: bankruptcies, foreclosures, collections, charge-offs, repossessions, medical bills, credit card accounts, inquiries, late payments, old addresses, judgments, tax liens, and student loans.
What items can't you remove?
The items you claim as being 100% accurate and therefore do not authorize us to work on.
